1. Abra uma nova imagem transparente de 1000 X 700 px.
Escolha 2 cores do tube sendo a clara no Foreground e a mais escura no background.
Forme um gradiente Style Sunburst / Angle 0 / Repeat 150 / Invert marcado.
Pinte a imagem com o gradiente.

Edit e Copy no tube
Edit e Paste into selection na imagem.
Selection none.

Layers / Duplicate
4. Effects / Image effects / OffSet: H 0 / V 50 / Transparent marcado

Image / resize 70% - All layers desmarcado

9. Ative a layer abaixo dessa copy

10. Layers / Merge Visible
11. Layers New Raster Layer. Mova essa layer para baixo da layer Merge (move Down)
Pinte essa layer com o gradiente: Style Linear / Angle 0 / repeat 0 / invert desmarcado.
Selections / Select All
12. Edit e Copy no tube
Edit e paste into selection na imagem.
Selection none
13. Adjust Blur / Radial Blur:
14. Effects / Image effects / Seamless Tiling / Defauld
15. Effects / User Defined Filter / Emboss 3
16. Layers / Merge Visible
17. Edit e Copy no tube
Edit e paste as new layer na imagem. Dê resize se necessário.
No tube do material dei resize em 135%.
18. Layers / Merge Visible
19. Plugin / AAA Frames / Foto Frame / Defauld.
20. Image / Add Borders / 2 px na cor escura (background)
21. Assine e Salve como jpeg.
Obs.: Eu dei um resize para 800 px width. (Opcional)
